How To Travel Safely During Covid
Just like for any trip, you have your “Travel Checklist” to make sure you are traveling smart & safe. Now we just have an extra “Covid Travel Checklist” to go over too!
- Bring your vitamins!
Start increasing your daily dose of vitamins a week before and continue taking extra that focus on immunity such as Vitamin C, Zinc, Echinacea.
- Support your immune system by filling it with nutritious foods!
Your daily dose of greens is full of vitamins and antioxidants.
Helpful tip: I bring powdered greens with me in case I’m not getting the maximum amount of nutrients while traveling.
- Bring a freshly washed reusable mask and have some backups in case!
Although wearing a mask differs from place to place, one place that requires it universally is the airlines.
- Drink lots of water!
Dehydration is normal when traveling, but it’s the best thing you can do to flush your system of toxins.
- Continue to be diligent about washing your hands in public spaces!
Try to always wash your hands before eating or before touching your face/ eyes.
The safest way to travel during Covid is to take care of your body!
